This page explains how BuyFBAccounts handles the personal data that comes with an order.

Details you give us

An email address for the order and anything you write in a support ticket. We never need the login of your own Facebook profile and will not ask for it.

Details an order creates

The listing and the number of accounts, the amount, the payment status reported back by the payment provider, and the delivered account data: login, password, 2FA key, and where the listing includes them, email, cookies, user agent or access token. Payment card and wallet details are processed by the provider and are not passed to us.

Details collected on visits

IP address, browser and the time of each request, kept for security. Cookies serve only sign-in, the cart and checkout; no advertising cookies are used.

How the data is used

• Showing the delivered accounts on your order page and emailing you when they are ready.
• Checking a warranty ticket against the account data actually delivered.
• Detecting fraud and chargeback abuse.
• Meeting accounting obligations.

Processors

Our payment, hosting and email providers process data on our behalf for the uses above. We do not sell, rent or share it for marketing.

Retention and erasure

Delivered account data is held until a claim on the order is no longer possible; financial records as long as the law requires; visit logs briefly. From your order email, use the Contact page to request a copy, a correction or erasure.
